Depressing Books

Hi all 5 of us!!!

I have a question: Do you think depressing books
a) do nothing-- why would a sad book make you sad-- it's a book
b) make you really super sad and mopey for the rest of the day
c) are uplifting because you know that you aren't alone.

Me? I find that sad books like "Whirligig" and the like are depressing and they make me sad too.

What do you think?
